Working together for a green, competitive and inclusive Europe

About the project

The Implementation of innovative services through the construction of a new pro-ecological BRAMY – SERWIS Dariusz Kaszkowiak headquarters together with the necessary technical facilities project benefits from a EUR 305 276.28 grant from Norway.

The aim of the project is to implement an innovative process of express repair services of industrial gates and to commercialise the service of repairing high-speed gate controllers.

We are the only company in Poland to offer an automatic gate service and regeneration of gate controllers in industrial plants, which involves repairing broken gate parts and prolonging the life of existing gates. The new process will make it possible to launch severely damaged gates during the first service visit and reduce the amount of waste generated thanks to a proprietary, tested diagnostic method allowing to repair and reuse controllers, which are currently treated as difficult to recycle waste (repair effectiveness: approx. 95%).

In the first year of operation, the service will reuse approximately 250 controllers, which corresponds to 750 kg of unused waste. The project involves the construction of new premises, and includes the installation of renewable energy sources in the form of photovoltaic panels, an air source heat pump to replace the pellet cooker, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The estimated reduction in annual CO2 emissions will be 6.43 tonnes.
